As a Relationship Banker, you’ll gain hands-on experience across personal banking, customer service, and teller operations, all while being part of a supportive, family-owned bank that invests in your growth. This is a full-time position. Usual days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:15am – 5:00pm with rotating Saturdays, 9:00am to 12:00pm. Hours vary depending on business needs. What you’ll need to be our Relationship Banker:   High School Diploma or GED. Previous customer service, sales, or cash-handling experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
