NOW HIRING: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 

BeeHive Homes of Broken Arrow

We are looking for a dependable, experienced, and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Part-Time) 1p-4pm

Weekends: On-call as needed

Responsibilities Include:
• General building maintenance and repairs
• Plumbing and minor electrical repairs
• Drywall, painting, and patchwork
• Preventative maintenance
• Basic appliance and equipment repairs
• Completing maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents
• Responding to urgent maintenance needs when on-call
• Conducting fire drills with each shift and properly documenting all completed fire drills
• Conducting and documenting all other required emergency, disaster, and safety drills according to facility requirements
• Maintaining accurate records of required drills and ensuring they are completed within required timeframes
• Communicating with management regarding repairs, parts, outstanding projects, and safety concerns

Conducting routine facility walk-throughs to identify maintenance, safety, and repair needs
• Coordinating with and monitoring third-party vendors and contractors while on-site for repairs, service calls, pest control, and other facility needs
• Following up to ensure third-party repairs and services are completed appropriately
• Providing management with a weekly supply and maintenance needs list, including needed parts, materials, and supplies

• Experienced with general maintenance and repairs
