As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you'll be at the heart of what we do. You'll provide compassionate care, support residents in their daily routines, and help create a comfortable, safe, and engaging environment where residents can thrive.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Promote resident independence, dignity, and quality of life
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement
• Assist residents during meals and with hydration as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Document resident care accurately and timely
• Administer medications in accordance with regulations and facility policies (CMA)
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to provide exceptional resident care

What We're Looking For

• Active Nebraska Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required
• Current certification must be in good standing
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, professional, and positive attitude
• Passion for helping others and making a difference every day
• Commitment to providing exceptional care and service to residents and their families
