Responsibilities:  Assists in the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and grounds as directed   Conducts regular inspections of the life safety systems as directed   Oversees necessary repairs and maintenance in apartments and common areas including refurbishment for move-ins  Ensures the outside of the property is maintained for safety and curb appeal  Maintains inventory control for general supplies, parts, and equipment for necessary repairs and maintenance  Responds appropriately to resident or community maintenance emergencies  QualificationsRequirements:  High school diploma or GED  Experience in grounds maintenance (lawn and plant care) (preferred)  Familiar with general maintenance/repair procedures
