Job DetailsJob Location: Bronson, MI 49028Position Type: Full-Time/Part-TimeSalary Range: $20.50 HourlyJob Summary The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, preparing, and packaging customer orders for shipment in a manufacturing environment. Associates receive printed or electronic picking tickets and retrieve products according to order specifications before packaging them for shipment. Key Responsibilities Receive and review picking tickets for customer orders Locate, pick, and gather products per order requirements Verify item accuracy, quantities, and condition before packaging Package picked items according to shipping and quality standards Label and prepare completed orders for shipment Maintain correct inventory counts on stocking items Deliver packaged orders to the appropriate shipping or staging area Maintain organization and accuracy throughout the fulfillment process Communicate inventory shortages, order discrepancies, or damaged items to supervisors Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures QualificationsQualifications Forklift experience is required Ability to read and follow picking tickets accurately Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Warehouse, manufacturing, or order fulfillment experience preferred but not required Work Environment:  Active role requiring frequent walking throughout the facility Standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift Repetitive picking and handling of materials Lifting, pushing, or pulling products and packaged orders (within defined weight limits) Manufacturing and warehouse environment with noise, equipment, and production activity Ability to focus on accuracy while working at a steady pace
