Birch Agency is seeking ELA Teachers to join our team!

We are seeking dedicated ELA Teachers to join our team for the 2026/2027 school year in the Bronx, NY. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and creating a positive learning environment for young students in Middle School grade level.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school curriculum

• Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles

• Provide support and guidance to students in both academic and social development

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience

• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
