Job DetailsJob Location: Brookfield - Brookfield, MO 64628Position Type: Hourly - ProductionJob Shift: 1st Shift- DayJob Summary: As a Cover Preparation - Technician, you will be trained to provide support in the preparation of cover material under general supervision. The role includes processing, tracking, and verifying customer materials, as well as coordinating with internal teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency throughout the cover production process. Essential Functions: Review cover materials for completeness, review cover spec forms for accuracy. All other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions with common sense judgment. Problem-solving skills in routine and standardized situations. Effective communication with both internal teams and external customers. Strong organizational skills, especially during peak months (September – April). Working Conditions/Physical Demands: Standing, Walking, Sitting, Talking, Hearing Employee required to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Clarity of vision at a distance of 20 inches or less. Ability to identify and distinguish colors. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Qualifications
