The Facility Supervisor coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment. Assists with multiple functions of facilities operations and care for a portfolio of national commercial sites and related properties.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Maintain the highest standards of customer service
  • Develop and maintains positive relationships with site leaders
  • Coordinate, oversee, and manage repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors
  • Held responsible for facilities inspections and reports
  • Coordinate and manage moves, adds, and change activities
  • Obtain and review proposals for the procurement of equipment and services
  • Hold vendors to a high standard of performance
  • Review and monitor daily work order report and weekly work order report
  • Assure optimal functioning of building systems
  • Track and update stakeholders on projects
  • Assist in special projects for the department as needed

What We Require:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of three to five years of related experience in commercial facilities management and property management
  • Certification in facilities management is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational and planning skills; time management skills, and the ability to prioritize work
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to sensitive issues
  • Ability to use a work order system
  • Knowledge of leases, contracts, and related documents
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
