 Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a skilled Carpenter / Handyman to join our growing team in a full-time, permanent role. This position plays a key role in helping homeowners and businesses recover from property damage by completing high-quality repairs and rebuilds.

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential and light commercial carpentry repairs and remodeling.
• Install drywall, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and flooring.
• Complete painting, minor electrical/plumbing coordination, and finish work.
• Work closely with Project Managers and field teams to complete jobs on schedule.
• Maintain job site cleanliness and safety standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Follow company processes and quality expectations.
   

What We’re Looking For

• Carpentry and handyman experience in residential or restoration environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks. 
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. 
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Customer-focused mindset and strong work ethic.
