What You’ll Do
As a Client Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth store operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and providing outstanding customer service.
- Handling transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Managing inventory and processing special orders and repairs.
- Answering phones and directing calls to the right team member.
- Receiving and sorting shipments, communicating details to the team.
- Collaborating with teammates to solve problems and ensure client satisfaction.
- Performing other duties as needed to support the store.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or office support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to multitask.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a desire to have fun every day!
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Frequent use of hands for handling and reaching.
- Occasionally lift/move up to 35 lbs.
