Ensure customer satisfaction by balancing artistic integrity, production quality, and operational efficiency, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Required Systems/Applications: Adobe Suites. Essential Functions: Assist schools by refining artwork and managing digital files without altering school-submitted designs. Ensure complete customer satisfaction with cover designs through flexibility, responsiveness, and proactive communication. Generate film/files for finished artwork. Track and report billing, hours, and daily operational concerns to support departmental efficiency. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Artistic background demonstrated through education and portfolio, with proficiency in Photoshop, and InDesign. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated artistic ability ranging from average to above average. Ability to read, interpret, and follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy and clarity. Working Conditions/Physical Demands: Standing, walking, sitting, talking, and hearing as required. Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount frequently to lift, push, pull, or move objects. Visual clarity at 20 inches or less and the ability to identify and distinguish colors. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Qualifications
