As the Director of Business Administration, you will report to the Executive Director and maintain a close relationship with corporate accounting and Human Resources and the Organizational Development teams.Ā 

Schedule: Sunday to Thursday

Salary: $75-85,000

ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • Acting as the initial point-of-contact for all HR (Human Resources) and accounting related mattersĀ 
  • Managing the recruitment process in your community, including updates in the ATS, outreach to and screening of candidates, and managing the offer and onboarding processĀ 
  • Interpreting policies and procedures and communicating them to all employees both proactively and in response to questionsĀ 
  • Processing A/R and A/P timelyĀ Ā 
  • Processing monthly billing statements, answering related question from residents and families in a timely mannerĀ 
  • Processing employee payroll and archiving and discarding payrolls at the end of each cycleĀ 
  • Analyzing variances in departmental payroll vs. budgetĀ 
  • Gathering monthly accruals from department headsĀ 
  • Producing proposals and presentation packetsĀ 

Requirements

  • 2-year degree in a Business-related field; 4-year degree from an accredited university in a Business-related field preferredĀ 
  • Must have excellent organizational skills as well as effective written and verbal communication skillsĀ 
  • Be knowledgeable regarding payroll systems and basic GL and Accounts Payable systemsĀ 
  • 3 years of business office experience with HR and accountingĀ 
  • Prior Human Resources experience and/or education preferredĀ 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, Excel, and OutlookĀ 
  • Knowledge of HRIS system a plusĀ
