Description

Leadership Development Program – Vietnam

Location: Milwaukee  WI (Training) then to Vietnam to support U.S. Operations


Why This Role

This position is designed for individuals who want to develop into a manufacturing management role. You’ll gain hands-on leadership experience through a multi-year international assignment at our Vietnam manufacturing facility while working closely with U.S. leadership.

This experience is designed to accelerate development and prepare you for a long-term management role within one of our domestic plants or future manufacturing facilities as our global footprint expands.


Leadership Development Program Structure

U.S. Training (First 3 Months)

  • Learn core manufacturing, quality, and supply chain processes 
  • Gain exposure to leadership decision-making 
  • Build project management and leadership fundamentals 

International Assignment – Vietnam (24–36 Months)

  • Support U.S.-designed product launches into production 
  • Act as a key liaison between U.S. and Vietnam teams 
  • Lead projects across engineering, operations, and sourcing 
  • Develop influence-based leadership skills in a global environment 

Post-Assignment Role – U.S. Operations

  • Transition into a role at one of our domestic manufacturing facilities 
  • Apply global experience to drive operational excellence and team leadership 

What You’ll Do

  • Support global manufacturing programs and product launches in Vietnam
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams
  • Drive execution, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify gaps, solve problems, and help improve manufacturing performance
  • Communicate progress and risks to senior leadership
  • Build leadership capability through real responsibility and visibility

Requirements

Who Should Apply

  • Early-career professionals or experienced high-potentials seeking a clear path to      management
  • Bachelor’s degree in  Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across cultures
  • Willingness to relocate to Vietnam for a multi-year leadership development assignment

Compensation & Support

  • Salary range: $60,000 – $100,000, based on experience and qualifications
