What You'll Do
As a Restaurant Manager, you'll help lead the daily operations of the restaurant while supporting both our team and our guests. Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and developing team members
- Coaching employees to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Leading day-to-day restaurant operations
- Managing labor, food, and beverage costs
- Maintaining company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Resolving guest concerns professionally and effectively
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Working alongside the General Manager to drive sales, profitability, and team performance
- Utilizing POS and restaurant management systems to support efficient operations
