What You'll Do

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll help lead the daily operations of the restaurant while supporting both our team and our guests. Responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and developing team members
  • Coaching employees to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Leading day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Managing labor, food, and beverage costs
  • Maintaining company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • Resolving guest concerns professionally and effectively
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures
  • Working alongside the General Manager to drive sales, profitability, and team performance
  • Utilizing POS and restaurant management systems to support efficient operations
