Paul Davis Restoration is hiring a Mitigation Project Manager to lead residential, commercial, and industrial restoration projects from start to finish. This is a highly visible, client-facing role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

 What You’ll Do

  • Manage mitigation projects through completion
  • Create work orders and coordinate field teams
  • Build schedules for customers and subcontractors
  • Communicate weekly with estimators and stakeholders
  • Coordinate materials, take-offs, and purchasing
  • Approve subcontractor invoices and secure permits
  • Maintain clean, safe job sites
  • Track budgets and job performance
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Build and manage subcontractor relationships  

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Construction knowledge & computer proficiency
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • OSHA 10 & Lead Safe (preferred)  

Schedule & Physical Requirements

  • Typical hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; weekends/on-call as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in varied environments
