We are seeking a Dietitian to join our Weight Management and Bariatric team supporting patients throughout their care journey, from initial consultation through long-term success. This role offers meaningful patient relationships, established protocols, and close collaboration with a highly engaged interdisciplinary team.

This position is based onsite at the WestWood Health & Fitness Building and supports both weight management and bariatric surgery programs.

Schedule
• 0.6 FTE (24 hours per week)
• In-clinic schedule Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Thursday coverage is required
• Ideal schedule is Wednesday–Friday
• Occasional evenings required to support group education sessions
• No weekends or major holidays

Role Overview
• Support patients across weight management and bariatric surgery programs
• Approximate split is 60% weight management / 40% bariatric (may trend closer to 70/30 at times)
• Provide 1:1 nutrition counseling in person and virtually
• Facilitate or support virtual group education sessions hosted from clinic via Epic/MyChart
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, APPs, behavioral health, and care coordinators
• Support patients pre-, during, and post-bariatric surgery using established protocols
• Assist with program continuity and coverage during planned PTO/leave

What We’re Looking For
• Registered Dietitian with interest in weight management and bariatric care
• Prior experience preferred but not required
• Strong patient education and relationship-building skills
• Open-minded, flexible team player who can adapt to changing workflows
• Comfortable working primarily onsite in a collaborative clinical environment
