Job Summary 

 

The Sr. Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of site projects at Reich Installation. This role sets deadlines, provides feedback, and effectively communicates with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed successfully and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Creates and maintains a details project Gannt chart for each of the sites assigned. 
  • Assess and monitors resource availability as it relates to the projects assigned. 
  • Manages resources within the project to deliver tasks on time and within the budget. 
  • Communicates with stakeholders at all levels within the business and project team to ensure project timeliness. 
  • Tracks overall project progress and provides detailed status reports to stakeholders. 
  • Manages coordination between various teams, resolving any conflicts or issues to maintain smooth project execution. 
  • Manages ongoing quality control and participates in quality issue resolution. 
  • Accurately maintains the milestones for each project assigned, issuing change orders when needed. 
  • Manages the customer PO process to ensure Reich Installation invoices appropriately for each site assigned. 
  • Reads prints and write proposals for customers when needed. Working with internal stakeholders when needed. 
  • Assist in setting up new job sites, including coordinating delivery of equipment, materials, and tools. 
  • Travels to assigned sites when needed. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

Experience & Requirements 

  • 5+ years of experience in project management. 
  • Degree in Business Administration Project Management, or any related field preferred.  
  • Previous experience in ground up construction, however, we do provide training. 
  • Familiarity with computer systems (MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, ADP is a plus)
  • Ability to learn new and complex computer systems.

  • Ability to work in a demanding environment, to manage high pressure situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Be able to work well with others and meet strict deadlines. 
  • The ability to direct others. 
  • Detailed oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Able to lift and move material up to 50 pounds each. 
  • Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head. 
  • Occasionally push and pull up to 100 pounds. 
  • Able to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitations. 

Working conditions may include small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, and standing on concrete for long hours
