 Entry level starting wage - $17.50 - $19.50 / hr depending on experience plus a shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shift
We are currently seeking Full-Time General Manufacturing Employees to grow with us! A general manufacturing position includes the opportunity to learn the commingling process from the ground up and advance in a progressive environment.Â
These positions may also include:
- Being involved in training and leading other crew membersÂ
- Continuous clean-up and housekeeping of the production area
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and work rules
- Some positions may also include the operation of a fork truck
Required Qualifications:Â
- Successful candidates must be able to do the following (with or without reasonable accommodation):Â
- Work 8-hour shifts - 1st Shift (8 am-4 pm), 2nd Shift (4 pm-Midnight), or 3rd Shift (Midnight-8 am)Â
- Work a split shift (Sunday off + one other weekday off)
- Lift 10-15 pounds continuously, lift to 70 pounds occasionally, stand for long hours, and use hands and wrists continuously in a controlled movement
- Receive and follow instructionsÂ
- Use vision to identify defects in the productÂ
- Good verbal and written comprehension, the ability to thrive in a team environment, and working independently with minimal supervision are required.Â
Preferred Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience (such as laborer, machinist, assembly, down piling, or bindery)Â
- The ability to perform basic math calculationsÂ
