JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist painter to make sure projects are completed correctly and on time
- Prepare surfaces for painting. For cabinets: moving furniture and appliances (if necessary); cleaning, taping and masking the work area, removing cabinet doors, drawers and hardware. For exteriors: moving heavy ladders, working on ladders, masking windows, soffits, fascia, gutters, doors, etc, protecting customer's landscaping and gardens; and cleaning, sanding, and pressure washing as needed
- Maintaining a clean workspace, lifting heavy equipment, maintaining a professional appearance, treating clients homes with respect.
- Make sure equipment stays in top shape and maintaining inventory
- Make sure job site and trucks look professional

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Language: English and/or Spanish
- Complete our online and on-site training program
- Valid driver’s license and or vehicle
- Pride in your work and attention to detail
- A team player
- Organized
- Enjoy making customers happy
- Not afraid of heights
- Ability to lift and move ladders
