Job Description
Experience
- A minimum of 8 years of project planning and execution
- A minimum of 5 years of successful people management experience including coaching and budget management
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration or Master of Public Health
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, public health administration or other health related field
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Development of community partnerships and strong relationships
- Creation, implementation, communication, measurement, and evaluation of programs
- Strong organization, communication, presentation, leadership, and project management skills
- Work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Key stakeholder alignment around a common goal for achieving outcomes
- Manage staff in an operational structure that supports collaboration, innovation, and teamwork
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of innovative community engagement strategy and initiatives focused on amplifying Children’s community impact.
- Oversee community partnerships with community and internal stakeholders.
- Lead team comprised of Rural Program Manager, Community Outreach professionals and Affiliations Operations Director.
- Develop comprehensive community engagement strategy in partnership with VP, Child Advocacy, and other key system stakeholders.
- Recommend and develop creative solutions and innovative initiatives focused on impacting communities in and around metro Atlanta
- Ensure programs are communicated internally and externally.
- Measure and report on program outcomes and demonstrate impact.
