- Master's degree in Education, organization development, business or related field

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field

Job Responsibilities
- Assesses leader and team performance and makes recommendations for improvement.
- Identifies culture enablers and inhibitors; works with leaders to enhance the culture.
- Partners with leaders to craft strategic priorities and goals.
- Provides coaching to leaders to improve performance.
- Facilitates leadership development training.
- Debriefs assessment data with leaders and teams.
- Conducts leader acceleration sessions.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with leaders and key stakeholders to proactively identify learning needs and solutions.
- Actively contributes ideas in the planning and delivery of targeted leader solutions and organization leader initiatives.
- Establishes collaborative partnerships with HR business partners and OE consultants to facilitate team effectiveness activities.
- Possesses deep knowledge of leadership best practices and incorporates skills and models to drive results.
