We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to deliver skilled nursing care in a Home Health setting.
The role involves supporting patients and their families through high-quality, patient-centered care focused on recovery and health maintenance.
The LPN/LVN will provide nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, following physician orders and individualized care plans.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of nursing experience to qualify for this position.
The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.
