Position SummaryÂ
Extu is seeking a strategic, market-facing Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning, commercialization, go-to-market strategy, and market adoption for our Partner Experience Platform. This role will serve as the bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership—ensuring our platform is clearly differentiated, enterprise-ready, and consistently represented across every customer touchpoint.Â

This is a highly visible individual contributor role focused on product marketing strategy, customer insights, competitive intelligence, analyst engagement, and product launches. The ideal candidate has strong B2B SaaS product marketing experience and a proven ability to translate complex technology into compelling customer value propositions that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.Â

The Product Marketing Manager will act as the voice of the market internally while ensuring Extu speaks with one clear, differentiated voice externally.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
 Product Partnership & Customer InsightsÂ
- Partner closely with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insightsÂ
- Act as the voice of the customer and market internallyÂ
- Conduct win/loss analysis, customer research, and buyer insight initiatives to refine positioning and go-to-market strategyÂ
- Translate technical platform capabilities into compelling business outcomes and customer value narrativesÂ
- Support product adoption and lifecycle marketing initiatives across the customer journeyÂ
Strategic Positioning & Category LeadershipÂ
- Own and evolve Extu’s messaging architecture, ensuring consistency across enterprise buyers, partners, analysts, and internal stakeholdersÂ
- Define and advance Extu’s category narrative and platform positioning within the marketÂ
- Develop differentiated value propositions, buyer messaging frameworks, and persona-based positioningÂ
- Lead competitive intelligence efforts, including battlecards, market analysis, and differentiation strategiesÂ
- Ensure positioning consistency across sales enablement, analyst relations, executive communications, PR, and product launchesÂ
 Go-to-Market & Commercialization StrategyÂ
- Own go-to-market strategy and launch readiness for new products, platform capabilities, and enhancementsÂ
- Develop and execute launch plans in partnership with Product, Sales, Growth Marketing, and Leadership teamsÂ
- Align pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies to market opportunities and customer needsÂ
- Coordinate product launches, announcements, and commercialization initiativesÂ
- Ensure cross-functional alignment from launch planning through post-launch adoption and measurementÂ
Sales Enablement & Revenue SupportÂ
- Build and maintain strategic sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handling guides, and competitive battlecardsÂ
- Partner with Sales Leadership to refine messaging based on buyer feedback and field insightsÂ
- Equip revenue teams with clear, differentiated narratives that improve pipeline acceleration and win ratesÂ
- Support executive thought leadership and strategic account messaging initiativesÂ
 Analyst Relations & Market IntelligenceÂ
- Manage relationships with key industry analysts including Gartner, Forrester, and IDCÂ
- Develop analyst briefing materials and market landscape documentationÂ
- Synthesize analyst research and competitive insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Sales, and LeadershipÂ
- Coordinate participation in analyst evaluations, reports, and strategic briefingsÂ
- Monitor industry trends, competitive movements, and market perception shiftsÂ
 Market Adoption & Cross-Functional AlignmentÂ
- Partner with Growth Marketing and Demand Generation teams to ensure campaigns align with core product positioning and buyer pain pointsÂ
- Drive messaging alignment across integrated marketing programs, events, PR, and customer communicationsÂ
- Support launch readiness and adoption initiatives across Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teamsÂ
- Ensure customer-facing teams are equipped to effectively communicate Extu’s platform valueÂ
 Measurement & OptimizationÂ
- Define and track KPIs tied to product launches, positioning effectiveness, sales enablement adoption, and market engagementÂ
- Analyze pipeline, adoption, engagement, and competitive performance data to optimize go-to-market strategyÂ
- Identify opportunities to improve product adoption, messaging effectiveness, and launch outcomesÂ

Required QualificationsÂ
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product MarketingÂ
- Proven experience owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for software or technology platformsÂ
- Experience partnering directly with Product Management and Sales teams
- Â Experience launching SaaS products or enterprise technology solutionsÂ
- Strong understanding of product commercialization, customer adoption, and buyer journeysÂ
- Experience building sales enablement and competitive intelligence assetsÂ
- Â Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skillsÂ
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionÂ
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred QualificationsÂ
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, channel technology, MarTech, or partner ecosystem platformsÂ
- Familiarity with pricing and packaging strategyÂ
- Existing analyst or media relationships within relevant technology industriesÂ
- Experience helping shape or define emerging technology categoriesÂ
- Salesforce or similar CRM experienceÂ
Physical Requirements
- Travel requirement – infrequent
- Ability to lift 10 pounds (laptop for work)
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time at a computer.
- Move about inside the office for meetings and to access office equipment
- Communicate verbally with clients through phone and call center software.
