Job DetailsJob Location: Lenbrook Square Foundation 3747 Peachtree Rd NE - Atlanta, GA 30319 Job summary: Provide exceptional service and hospitality in a venue that provides table side service. Apply a high level of service recovery and attention to detail throughout the dining experience. Creates an enjoyable and safe dining experience for residents and guests in accordance with Lenbrook dining and current applicable federal, state, and local regulatory guidelines and standards. Essential functions of the job: Demonstrate basic service techniques and style. Ability to take orders accurately and enter them in POS system. Basic knowledge of food preparation and ingredients. Follow all safety and sanitation rules and regulations. Ability to clean and reset dining spaces. Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment. Knowledge of fire safety procedures; assist with evacuation of residents if needed. Maintain confidentiality of residents’ personal and medical record information. Always adhere to Lenbrook rules and dress code. Qualifications Skills and aptitude required: Front-of-the house experience. Ability to be organized while multi-tasking. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to demonstrate a high level of sensitivity and interest in people, especially older adults. Must have patience, tact and cheerful disposition. Physical requirements: Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time. Sufficient manual dexterity to operate a fire extinguisher.
