As an Event Representative, you will attend business, startup, technology, and networking events across Atlanta on behalf of Talentpoel. You will represent the company professionally, engage with attendees, introduce our services, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, networking, and creating meaningful conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend approved networking, startup, technology, HR, and small business events across Atlanta.
- Represent Talentpoel professionally at all events.
- Engage founders, business owners, HR professionals, and other decision-makers in conversation.
- Introduce Talentpoel’s services and communicate our value proposition clearly.
- Collect and record qualified leads using the company’s preferred tools.
- Schedule discovery calls or demos with interested prospects when appropriate.
- Distribute company marketing materials during events.
- Submit a post-event report within 24 hours, including:
i. Events attended.ii. Number of conversations held.iii. Qualified leads generated.iv. Meetings booked.v. Key insights and feedback from attendees.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold Talentpoel's brand standards.
Success Metrics:
- Attend assigned events consistently.
- Generate qualified leads at each event.
- Accurately capture and submit lead information.
- Submit timely and complete post-event reports.
- Represent Talentpoel professionally and positively at every event.
Requirements
- Must be based in or around Atlanta, Georgia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident approaching and speaking with new people.
- Friendly, professional, and reliable.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, event staffing, sales, marketing, or community engagement is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings or weekends when events are scheduled.
