Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lacrosse Instructor to lead and support player development through engaging practices and skill-building sessions. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the game, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire young athletes in a positive and structured environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct lacrosse training sessions focused on skill development, game strategy, and physical conditioning

  • Teach fundamentals including passing, shooting, defense, and positioning

  • Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to players

  • Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants

Schedule:

Weekday evenings: Monday–Friday, 4pm–9pm

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday between 9am–3pm

Instructors can set flexible schedules based on availability, but consistent weekly commitment is preferred

Qualifications
  • Must have prior coaching or instructional experience (1+ year preferred)
  • Played at high school varsity level or above (college or professional experience strongly preferred)
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Strong communication and motivational skills, especially with youth athletes (ages 7–18)
  • Ability to plan and lead both private lessons and small-group sessions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Experience with position-specific training or team development is a plus
