What You'll Be Doing:

Conduct assessments to create personalized rehabilitation programs.
Provide high-quality physical therapy treatments and interventions.
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to enhance patient outcomes.
Educate and motivate residents to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey.
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Supervising an amazing group of PTAs.

What We’re Looking For:

Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Oregon.
Passion for working in a skilled nursing facility.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
Ability to inspire and motivate patients toward their recovery goals.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from a college or university with an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Licenses/Certification

Current Physical Therapist license in the state employed.
Current CPR certification.

Experience

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Note: All employees of Cascadia Healthcare are required to submit and be cleared to work in the facility per each state’s specific background check requirements prior to contact with patients/residents.
