Brookings Health System is looking for an experienced professional to fill the position as the Emergency Room Physician.

The Emergency Department Physician is accountable to the Emergency Department Director and is responsible for providing quality outpatient care while meeting and exceeding compliance standards and patient satisfaction. This position would be approximately 12 - 12hour shifts per month & performs medical care within the scope of practice of a licensed physician.

Special Requirements, Licenses, and Certifications:

The incumbent must have graduated from an accredited medical school and possess a license issued to practice medicine by the South Dakota Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners and meet organizational credentialing criteria. CPR, ACLS, ATLS and PALS certifications are required.
