Job Summary
The salary range for this position is $240,000 to $250,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization. Join Our Community: Full Time Urgent Care Supervising Physician Opportunity – Brookline, MA
Mass General Brigham is seeking an Urgent Care Supervising Physician (FM, EM, IM, or Med-Peds.) for our Urgent Care site in Brookline, MA. Candidates with flexibility to cover multiple sites are preferred.Â
Join our team and enjoy a flexible schedule in a collaborative, team-based care environment with excellent compensation. This role offers the chance to apply your emergency department experience and skills in a fast-paced setting, where you will care for a wide range of patients, presenting for highly acute illness, injury, or in need of a procedure.
What You’ll Do
- Productive and positive team-based environment
- Supervisory responsibilities for 5-6 APPs
- Average of 3 patients per clinician per hour
- On-site imaging, EKG, and POC testing including COVID, flu, RSV, and STIs
- Access to a network of exceptional specialty physicians with Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
Schedule:
- Hours of Operation: Monday to Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Physicians are scheduled to work 12, 12-hour shifts per month.
