Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient populationĀ
- Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plansĀ
- Promote health education and disease preventionĀ
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditionsĀ
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated careĀ
- Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient chartsĀ
- Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program; current certification and licensureĀ
- One to two years of APP experience, preferably in primary careĀ
- Strong clinical skills, collaborative mindset, and proficiency with EMR systems
