Smart Delivery Service is a leading same-day delivery and logistics provider based in Minneapolis, MN. We are looking for an enthusiastic, full-time Dispatcher & Order Picker to join our team of logistics professionals.

This is an in-person position, working in our facility each shift.

Shift Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift, starting at 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, including a 30-minute lunch break.
  

A qualified candidate will help enter orders, answer client-related questions, communicate with vendors, work with office staff, warehouse staff, management, and pick & stage orders for drivers. Full command of the English language is required. Experience with shipping & receiving is extremely helpful.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. A college degree is beneficial but not required
  
• 18 years of age or older
  
• Ability to occasionally lift/push/handle 50 lbs+
  
• Experience operating office equipment, including computers, phones, printers, etc.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organization skills
  
• Attention to detail is a must
  
• General computer skills with knowledge of Internet Browsers, Outlook, Word, and Excel is required
  
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
  
• High energy, charismatic, and persuasive personality
  
• Team player with a "Can Do" attitude
  
• Empathetic attitude toward client's situations
  
• Accurately pull customer orders
  
• Occasionally stock shelves with inventory
