路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor the completion of iCIMS preboarding and onboarding documents.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure I-9 completion for new hires.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Enter hiring details accurately into UKG to minimize errors.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor acknowledgments and trainings in UKG/Relias through the first two weeks of employment to ensure all required trainings are completed.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage the HR inbox for Tier 1 questions.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform data entry of employee changes into UKG.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Create, file, maintain and audit personnel files.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide documentation support for audits and site visits as needed.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform other duties as assigned.

What Makes You a Great Fit

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Associate鈥檚 degree in HR preferred.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Minimum of one (1) year HR experience required.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
