What You’ll Do Â
As a Mental Health Therapist at Concerted Care Group, you will be at the center of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You’ll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovative OTP, IOP, OP program.Â
Clinical Responsibilities Include: Â
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our Mental Health and SUD Programs  
- Work in person at our Brooklyn Park, MD location.
- Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans 
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations 
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment 
- Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness 
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care 
- Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning 
- Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate 
- Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance and successful program completion
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely Â
What You Bring Â
You are a thoughtful, clinically strong therapist who values both empathy and accountability. Â
Required Qualifications: Â
- Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment 
- Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field 
- Active independent licensure:  LGSW, LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC
- Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care. EMDR experience is highly preferred 
- Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) 
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth 
- The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults. Â
