We’re looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative  to join our team and help create a welcoming, organized, and compassionate experience for every client who walks through our doors or calls our hospital.

As a Customer Service Representative, you play an important role in the patient journey. You are often the first interaction a pet parent has with our veterinary hospital, and your professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail help set the tone for the care we provide.

- Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phone calls and assisting pet owners with questions or appointment requests
- Scheduling appointments and managing the daily hospital schedule
- Checking clients in and out for appointments
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Communicating clearly with doctors, technicians, and clients
- Helping create a calm, welcoming environment in the lobby
- Supporting the veterinary team with organization and communication throughout the day
- You enjoy helping people and creating positive experiences for clients and their pets
- You are organized and detail-oriented and enjoy keeping things running smoothly
- You can multitask and stay calm during busy clinic moments
- You are comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- You communicate clearly and compassionately, especially with worried pet owners
- You enjoy working as part of a team and supporting your coworkers
- You take pride in creating a welcoming and professional environment
