• Assess and on-going evaluation of the resident
• Plan implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned resident
• Document ongoing assessment of resident status
• Administer medications and IVs and other procedures in accordance with physician's orders and policy and procedure
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and the resident’s family
• Provides clinical supervision of LPN’s and C.N.A.’s 
  
  
  

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• NYS licensure as an RN
• Valid BCLS
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
