Conduct daily and weekly business-to-business (B2B) visits and outbound calls throughout the Cleveland area. Represent the company at vendor fairs, trade shows, and community events. Identify and pursue target customers and new market opportunities. Collect and compile customer feedback into organized, actionable reports for company leadership. Maintain accurate sales records to track, review, and optimize marketing initiatives. Forecast and analyze sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance. Prepare and present reports summarizing findings and recommendations. Develop and distribute sales, training, and marketing materials. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing and prospective clients. Perform other duties as assigned.
