Domino's CSR Responsibilities Include: :

路 Demonstrating a friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills

路 Taking orders over the phone and in person

路 Dealing with customer concerns

路 Cash handling

路 Upselling

路 Making Domino鈥檚 high quality pizzas

路 Food and portion control

路 Hygiene and food safety

路 Food preparation

路 General cleaning duties

General Job Duties

路 Operate all equipment

路 Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler

路 Prepare product

路 Receive and process telephone orders

路 Take inventory and complete associated paperwork

路 Clean equipment and facility approximately daily

Communication Skills

路 Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions

路 Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person

Essential Functions/Skills

路 Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)

路 Must be able to make correct monetary change

路 Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders

路 Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed

路 Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

Work Conditions

路 Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks

路 In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas

路 Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside

路 Fumes from food odors

路 Exposure to cornmeal dust

路 Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler

路 Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher

路 Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts

Sensing

路 Talking and hearing on telephone

路 Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
