We offer an aggressive pay plan and a supportive, growth-focused environment where top performers thrive. ***Minimum $500 commission on every deal*** Position Overview Sales Consultants are responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This includes learning and demonstrating vehicle features, building long-term customer relationships, and maximizing sales performance and dealership profitability. QualificationsEssential Responsibilities Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic. Successfully negotiate with customers to close sales. Stay current on all dealership product knowledge and competitive models. Build and maintain customer relationships before and after the sale. Datamine CRM and dealership systems to generate leads and new opportunities. Accurately log and maintain customer information. Conduct product presentations and customer test drives. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and achieve 100% on customer surveys. Set appointments effectively and close deals. Maintain a valid driver’s license. Follow all dealership policies and procedures. Maintain reliable attendance and work required schedules, including extended hours for special events. Perform additional duties as assigned. Able to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Marginal Functions Collaborate with the Service Concierge and act as a liaison between customers and the Service Department. Physical Demands & Work Environment Deliver vehicles to customers, including occasional travel. Assist customers in transferring items between vehicles (bending, lifting, reaching required). Stand, walk, and move throughout the lot for extended periods. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal/written communication skills. Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft applications required). Strong customer service, marketing, networking, negotiation, and general sales abilities. Basic math and finance knowledge. Ability to work cooperatively with all departments and team members. Ability to learn and retain product and brand knowledge.
