About the Role:

Join DTL Mechanical LLC as an HVAC Apprentice/Helper and kickstart your career in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry! We are looking for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment while providing top-notch service to our clients in Broomall, PA.

Responsibilities:

Assist HVAC technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Help maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and supplies.
Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams related to HVAC systems.
Participate in on-the-job training to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while on job sites.
Support the team in various tasks as needed to ensure project completion.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Basic understanding of HVAC systems and principles is a plus.
Strong willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy equipment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Previous experience in construction or a related field is a bonus.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
