Job Summary:

Do you take pride in keeping people safe? We’re looking for a dedicated Security Guard to join our team and provide peace of mind for our residents, staff, and visitors. This isn’t just about standing to watch, it’s about being the friendly, professional presence that makes people feel secure.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol premises to ensure a safe environment

• Respond quickly to incidents and emergencies

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff with professionalism

• Complete detailed security reports and maintain accurate records

• Support a culture of safety and respect across our community

Related Experience:

• 1 year experience as a Security Guard, preferably in a similar community, hotel, or school

Education or Degree Required:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
