In this role, you will help lead the funding process for new US investment opportunities, working closely with investment teams, banks, lenders, service providers, and other stakeholders. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build expertise in private markets operations, fund liquidity, and transaction execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Prepare and execute cash movements, including external wires and inter-fund transfers.
  • Monitor cash balances to invest excess cash and support timely distributions.
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, controls, and team initiatives.
  • Over time, grow into the role of a signatory for the fund platform’s bank accounts.

What we expect

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 3-5 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, banking, fund operations, or a related financial services role.
  • Strong analytical skills, solid Excel capabilities, and comfort working with financial data, cash balances, bank statements, and transaction details.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when managing funding processes, cash movements, and time-sensitive transactions.
  • Proactive, organized, and ownership-oriented working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with private equity, FX, capital calls, distributions, loan drawdowns, cash management, or banking operations is a plus.
