What it's about

 

Partners Group is searching for a Lead Product Manager to join our Product Management team in the US. The Product Management team takes full ownership of steering and executing key initiatives across the entire lifecycle of our private markets fund programs. Key responsibilities include leading new product launches, delivering critical fund restructurings, and driving superior stakeholder satisfaction with both clients and service providers. The successful candidate will be working within the Product Management team in Denver, which is responsible for a wide range of investment programs ranging from our flagship private market funds to bespoke separately managed accounts and evergreen funds marketed globally.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

You will be part of the Product Management team with the following responsibilities:

  • Lead high-impact product launch projects and complex fund restructurings end-to-end, aligning internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless outcomes.
  • Build trusted stakeholder relationships during product onboarding and across the product lifecycle, anticipating risks early and proactively solving problems.
  • Champion project portfolio optimization through automation and digitization, unlocking efficiency gains and scalable operating models.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Sales—shaping winning client solutions while confidently positioning operational strengths and guardrails.
  • Elevate team performance by mentoring junior team members and delivering practical, targeted training for broader impact.
  • Drive innovation in product development and operations, converting ideas into measurable improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives for the team and wider business, delivering outcomes that move the needle.

 

What we expect

 

  • 9+ years’ relevant experience in asset management and/or financial service.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, Business Administration (or equivalent) with strong academic performance; CAIA/CFA a plus.
  • Deep private markets expertise strongly preferred; private credit experience in rated note funds/CLOs/CFOs in particular a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership and senior stakeholder management across internal teams, external partners, and clients.
  • Proven track record delivering process improvements, automation, and digitization to increase operational efficiency in investment management environments.
  • Experience supporting the onboarding, implementation, and operational setup of innovative fund and investment structures a plus.
  • Self-starter with a strong ability to execute complex operational work under tight deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Hands-on people developer: ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
  • Highly collaborative, driving measurable outcomes through teamwork and a commitment to excellence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.

· Partners Group compensation has a long-term outlook and philosophy, and our total compensation emphasizes performance based long-term incentives. Base pay range for this role is $143,000 – $179,000 and a performance-based bonus and equity are additional parts of the total compensation package
