We are looking for a Facilities Shop Manager to oversee our two facilities in Broomfield, Colorado.
The role involves planning, building, and maintaining laboratories, propulsion facilities, and machine shops, among other responsibilities.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience and have at least 5 years of experience managing technical or manufacturing facilities.
The position requires a strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and experience in procuring and installing capital equipment.
Salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

We are seeking a Facilities Shop Manager for our two facilities in Broomfield, Colorado who can

plan, build and maintain laboratories, propulsion facilities, machine shop and engineering infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and optimize laboratory and machine shop layouts
Lead capital equipment selection, procurement, installation, and commissioning
Manage explosive-safe work areas and ensure regulatory compliance
Oversee machine shop operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement
Manage facility utilities, infrastructure, and preventive maintenance
Coordinate facility expansions, renovations, and new construction projects
Partner with Engineering, Operations, EHS, and vendors to support business growth
Ensure facility readiness, safety, and operational reliability
