About the position: In this role, you'll strategically build a client base through consistent outreach, visit clients onsite, collaborate with hiring managers to design staffing solutions, conduct candidate interviews, and provide mentorship and guidance to jobseekers as well as internal staff members. You'll be the face of our company, building trust and rapport with key decision-makers. This role involves account management, developing and implementing service delivery plans, and overseeing the development of the branch team.

You Will:

  • Work with clients and job-seekers on high-level direct-hire opportunities
  • Support the Branch Manager in daily operations
  • Assist Recruiters with technique and guidance on challenging recruiting needs
  • Train and develop internal staff to build branch strength

You Have:

  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role
  • High level of customer service and account management skills
  • Ability to motivate and influence internal staff
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Previous experience in recruiting is not required—we will provide you with the training and tools to succeed. However, we are seeking someone with demonstrated leadership capabilities who can manage and develop a high-performing team.

Location: Broomfield, CO (Onsite)

Pay: $77,295 - $86,200 annually + bonus
