This role is ideal for a systems and process-oriented operations professional who understands how orders and inventory should flow through ERP, Shopify, and warehouse environments, and can proactively flag issues before they impact customers or financial results. - Own SOP documentation and updates related to issue resolution and process improvements
- Support testing and validation of system or workflow changes impacting order or inventory flow
