Assistant Teachers:Â
- Love to help! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.Â
- Love to engage! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.Â
- Love to learn! Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.Â
We want energetic, dependable individuals, with a passion for working with children, who have: Â
- The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.Â
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Compensation and Benefits:Â
Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.Â
Assistant Teacher- $19.87-$20.64
Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workersÂ
Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401K (plus company match), life and disability insurance and child care discount available to all employeesÂ
All employees in Colorado are eligible for paid sick leave, as required by the Healthy Families Work Act.  Full-time employees are provided with 48 hours upon hire and annually each fiscal year thereafter. Part-time and temporary employees earn paid sick leave based upon hours worked.Â
