Power Temp Systems is a growing electrical manufacturing company seeking experienced and dependable Production Assemblers to join our team in Broussard, Louisiana. We are looking for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly experience who can contribute quickly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do
• Follow drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications to assemble completed products and systems
• Assemble electrical and mechanical components, panels, equipment, and related assemblies
• Perform mechanical assembly, alignment, installation, and troubleshooting of components and systems
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and production equipment safely and effectively
• Verify specifications and dimensions using measuring instruments and quality checks
• Assist with testing, inspections, and production support activities as needed
• Meet daily and weekly production goals established by management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies

What We Are Looking For
• Previous experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, industrial assembly, or production environments required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability required
• Experience working with mechanical systems, pumps, motors, valves, hydraulics, electrical equipment, or industrial components strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and technical specifications
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and shop equipment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety
• Stable work history and team-oriented mindset preferred
