General Summary: Operation and maintenance of woodworking machines, power tools, pneumatic tools and hand tools, to cut and assemble cabinet components according to blueprints.
Essential Job Functions
- Operation and maintenance of woodworking machines, power tools, pneumatic tools and hand tools, to cut and assemble cabinet components according to blueprints
- Knowledge of building materials
- Provide excellent teamwork and customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to custom build pieces in an efficient manner
Physical demands
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, feel, and talk or hear. Â The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 lbs. Â Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Work environment and schedule:
- Normal business hours:  Monday – Thursday, 7 am – 4:30 pm and  Friday 7 am – 11 am
- Ability to work overtime as requested
- Periodic night and weekend work may be necessary
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by management
Requirements
 Education Requirements:  High school diploma/GED
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to read a professional tape measure and blueprints (a plus)
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
- Ability to move, lift and carry cabinets or cabinet materials
