General Summary: Operation and maintenance of woodworking machines, power tools, pneumatic tools and hand tools, to cut and assemble cabinet components according to blueprints.
Essential Job Functions
- Operation and maintenance of woodworking machines, power tools, pneumatic tools and hand tools, to cut and assemble cabinet components according to blueprints
- Knowledge of building materials
- Provide excellent teamwork and customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to custom build pieces in an efficient manner
- Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
- Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Proactively communicate job conditions and concerns that may or are affecting completion of the job to the appropriate person
- Make arithmetic calculations quickly and accurately
- Be exact in measurements and markings so that materials will be used efficiently, and the projects will meet budgetary restrictions
- Ensure attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people’s property and information
- Will always practice good housekeeping to ensure a safe and non-cluttered worksite
- Ability to constantly lift and move heavy and large objects
- Sustained periods of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling
- Periodically working at heights over 5’
- Access and mobility in tight spaces
- Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment, including safe operation of machines and equipment
- Manage and receive material deliveries and restock as necessary
- Ability to work overtime as requested
- Operate motor vehicle to travel to jobs to perform installs or lockouts
- Comply with all policies and procedures

Work environment and schedule:
- Normal business hours:  Monday – Thursday, 7 am – 4:30 pm and  Friday 7 am – 11 am
- Ability to work overtime as requested
- Periodic night and weekend work may be necessary
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by management
Requirements
 Education Requirements:  High school diploma/GED
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to read a professional tape measure and blueprints
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
- Ability to move, lift and carry cabinets or cabinet materials
