Job Purpose: 

The Mechanic maintains and refurbishes lifting assemblies and other various machinery/mechanical assemblies. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and refurbish pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electric powered machinery
• Evaluate and make recommendations regarding repairs
• Document service and repair actions by completing forms, reports, inspection checklists, FAT's and load test certificates
• Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work in elevated areas and exposed environments 
• Ability to use hand tools and work with power supply systems
• Ability to operate forklift and manlift equipment
• Ability to mitigate additional damage by working with a high degree of precision and control
• Strong mechanical reasoning and aptitudes- diagnostic skills, understanding of various mechanical elements
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check
